TRACE VP+D provides specialist services and skills in the area of visual planning including visual impact assessments in urban, rural or natural areas, strategic landscape assessment relating to character and scenic assessments as well as modelling services including accurate photomontages and GIS for the purpose of court and development conflicts. Our design services are complementary to visual planning services where required
TRACE acts as independent consultant to private clients, property developers, government agencies, local councils or other consultants including town planners, architects or visual amenity experts. We assist in preparation of development applications (DA), environmental impact assessments (EIA) or providing advice and expert testimony to VCAT or Planning and Environment Court of Queensland.
